Unable to deliver SMS to some French phone numbers

Status: investigating We are currently investigating an issue with our SMS deliverability in France. We are currently unable to send SMS to phone numbers registered with the cell carrier Orange. We are actively working with our partners at Twilio to resolve the issue. In the meantime, affected users may be unable to receive SMS for 2FA, card authorizations, and other account-related notifications.
