Status: identified We are observing an issue with OPAL Copilot on slow-lane customers. Users may see errors when attempting to get OPAL support from the in-app copilot. Root cause has been found and we are working on rolling out a fix as soon as possible.

Status: investigating We are investigating an issue affecting query and dataset processing performance. Users may see delays in dataset processing and retrieval, as well as longer query times. Data continues to be ingested, and no data loss is expected. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional details.

Status: investigating We are investigating an issue affecting poller-based data collection. Customers may experience delayed or missing data from AWS CloudWatch metrics and other poller-based integrations. Other ingestion paths, including OpenTelemetry logs and traces, Prometheus, Kubernetes, and filedrop, appear to be operating normally. No action is required from customers at this time. Our engineering team is actively investigating and will provide another update as more information becomes available.
