Render outage history and live incidents

Status: identified Transactional emails for platform events, including but not limited to new account sign-up email confirmations, service build/deploy failure notifications, password resets, etc. are currently failing to send. We are currently addressing the issue.

Status: identified We have identified degraded networking performance linked to an upstream provider - we will continue to provide updates here.

Status: investigating If cloning fails, the deploy will fail. Deploy logs will provide errors related to that failure. Retrying a deploy may succeed. We are currently investigating this issue.
