Workato outage history and live incidents

Status: resolved Between approximately 02:53 AM UTC and 05:57 AM UTC on October 20, 2026, an issue in Workato's log processing service resulted in some entries for three logging features not being recorded or delivered. Recipes and jobs were not affected. The affected features were: - Logs page (Tools > Logs). Some entries from this period may be missing, including messages from Logger by Workato steps. - Audit log streaming of Workato Log events or Genie conversation events. Some events from this period may not have reached your streaming destination. - API traffic mirroring. Some API requests and responses from this period may not have been mirrored to your security tool. Job history and job details are complete. Other audit log streaming types, including Job status only, Full job details, User activity and API platform logs, were delivered as normal. The issue has been resolved. Status: investigating We are investigating an issue affecting Genie and AIRO chats in the Workato UI. Since approximately 02:58 UTC, these chats may stay on "Thinking…" and not display a response. Genies used through Slack, Microsoft Teams and Workato Go are not affected. We will share additional information as soon as it is available.
